All Curated by Kubes products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and customization before your order is shipped.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website or social media channels.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Personalized Products
Because our products are customized specifically for each customer, it is important that all names, dates, and personalization details are entered correctly when placing your order.
Curated by Kubes is not responsible for delays or replacement costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Curated by Kubes is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Weather-related delays
- Customs delays on international orders
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
